CMAQ School Bus Grants
The solicitations for the 2005 CMAQ school bus retrofit grants have closed.
EPD received 11 applications for the 2005 CMAQ funding. Well over 4 million dollars in Federal funds were requested. EPD was able to fully fund the projects by Barrow County Schools, Coweta County Schools, Carroll County Schools, Gainesville City Schools, and Newton County Schools. Dekalb County Schools was able to receive partial funding.
We want to thank all the school systems who applied for these grants. We expect more grant funding to be released in September 2009. Information will be available on this website.
